A BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, 1980 prior to this she was Founder & President of Tarang Software Technologies; A SEI CMM Level 5 Global IT services company focused on E-Learning and Payment Systems with 300 employees. Before her entrepreneurial stint she worked with Wipro Technologies as Chief Executive - Finance Solutions Division; heading a global software business of $50 Million with 850 people operating out of 3 Development Centers. Revathi has 30 years of experience in the IT Industry, leadership and training and developing young minds for the Corporate world. Revathi is a speaker on various subjects related to Technology, Leadership and Entrepreneurship at both International as well as local events. She has received excellent reviews and accolades. She was awarded the Woman of the year by Business Today for the year 2001. A former board member of NASSCOM and currently on the Regional Council of NASSCOM Karnataka, she is also a charter member of TIE Bangalore and is actively working on Fostering Entrepreneurship amongst Women through TIE for Women.

Radha Shelat

Dr. Radha Shelat has over 22 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and professional manager in leading hitech companies developing cutting edge enterprise software solutions. Currently CEO at Nevis Networks, her prior assignments have been with Librato Software as founder India operations, CTO for Symantec India & Veritas India. Radha is acknowledged as a technical leader and great motivator. She is passionate about skilling. Radha holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, and has taught and consulted at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Neelambri Rao completed her Masters in Training & Foreign Languages from Sorbonne in Paris. She has taught extensively in London, U.S.A and India. Her repertoire includes Teachers training and Language teaching. She participated in the Graduation Plus initiative of the Ministry Of Education, India. At Sujaya Foundation being a Managing Trustee she is constantly developing and experimenting with new methodologies to make underprivileged adolescents employable and assist them to find jobs.

Dr. M P Ravindra
Advisor-Education and Research for Infosys Technologies Limited and Executive Director(India) of Indo US collaboration for Engineering Education

Dr. M P Ravindra has 35 years of experience working in academia, Government and Industry. He has held a variety of senior management positions in the government of India, big three IT firms Wipro, HCL Tech and Infosys . He was instrumental in scaling the education initiatives at Infosys. Responsible for training and inducting over 50000 engineering and science graduates into the Infosys. He strongly believes in academic leadership and role of the systems and processes in education management and delivery to scale and make higher education available to all those who have the will and inclination. The innovative and one of the most successful Industry- Institution programs named Campus Connect was conceptualized and championed by him. This program has caught the imagination of smaller countries in Americas and APAC apart from close to 550 engineering colleges in tier 2 and 3 towns in India. He has worked as the Joint Chairman of the All India Board of IT of AICTE, Member- Task force of the NKC, Advisor to ISTE, and Founding Member of the Executive Council of IUCEE, Member of the Advisory Board of Ministry of IT for DOEACC and several such committees of the Government and Autonomous bodies looking into excellence in engineering education. He also was the Chairman of the CII Task force on higher education policy which brought out a strong recommendation for introduction of an independent accreditation authority for all higher education. This is under consideration I MHRD. Dr M.P. Ravindra received his Pd. D from IISc B'lore, in 1974. He is currently the founding Vice Chancellor of Manipal International University in KL, Malaysia and in the process of creating an international class university that intends to create globally suitable graduates in a wide variety of interdisciplinary areas.
