HR Manager/Executive - Placements

Purpose

The Placement Executive acts as an intermediary between the organization and the clientele and is responsible for each activity that take place between them.

Job Dimensions

The job involves the following aspects:

  • Help creating a database pool of multiple skills to make the recruitment process simpler.
  • Co-ordinate with respective resource heads, understand the requirement so that fast and timely service is provided without wastage of time.
  • Coordinate advertisements in jobsites, network groups.
  • Screened resumes and applications and conduct preliminary interviews for multiple levels.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs/open houses and maintain a calendar of such upcoming events.
  • Communicate with respective candidates and various Resource heads and set the recruitment process moving like scheduling interviews both face to face and telephonic and act as the bridge of communication so that miscommunication is avoided.
  • Participated in the temporary recruitment staffing by talking to vendors and various resource centres.
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures and best practices.
  • Track reviews and monitor performance management issues with respective managers and associates.
  • Monitor personnel hiring and terminations and ensure accuracy of data input and systems access for associates.
  • Prepare and compile date for staffing and diversity related reports and distribute to senior HR managers/management.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by maintaining personnel data confidential and accurate.
  • Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information to associates.
  • Scheduling pre-employment physicals, background and reference checks, verification of education/credentials.

Experience & Expertise

  • Desired Profile:

Institutional Sales Executive /Manager

Purpose

The Institutional Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationship and for acquiring business by coordinating meetings, seminars and presentations at colleges

Job Dimensions

The job involves the following aspects

  • Responsible for meeting sales targets in institutional business.
  • The incumbent will drive business from Engineering Colleges,  B.Ed Colleges,  Degree Colleges; build  maintain enduring relationship with the college managements
  • He/she will organize & conduct seminars/Workshops at Colleges in various locations

  • Maximize placements for students by getting more companies to participate in campus recruitment.
  • Drive Sales in institutions across states: Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Sell a skills package with a combination of hard & soft skills including domain.
  • Ongoing market research, product promotions, forecast and strategy to improve competiveness.

Experience and Expertise:

  • Seasoned sales professional with high energy, initiative & leadership qualities
  • Experience in selling services and/ or E-Learning products
  • Experience of 2 to 5 yrs
  • Institutional sales experience mandatory
  • Fluency in English & Regional languages is a must.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Purpose of the Role:

The Accounts Executive will be part of the accounts department & is responsible for managing the operations and functions of the accounts department.


Job Dimensions

  • Accounts planning.
  • Creating & managing budget in coordination with various departments.
  • Bill processing and preparation of cheques.
  • Prepare salary statement of employees.
  • Negotiating with departments, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Keeping in contact with the client.
  • Entering and maintaining bank payment, bank receipt.
  • Maintains contact with existing clients to obtain more business from them.
  • Coordination with External Auditors for audit purpose.

Education & Experience

  • 2-5 yrs experience in handling accounts.
  • Graduate or Tally Knowledge.
  • Fluency in English & Local Language is a must.

Secretarial Executive/Administrator:

Purpose:

The Secretarial Executive will assist the CEO and also take care of administration.

Job Description:

Attendance/Leave :

  1. Maintain attendance for employees across locations.
  2. Maintain leave records. Monitor late comings, absenteeism.
  3. Give inputs for payroll.
  4. Ensure final settlement.

Administration Function

  1. Facilitate business cards, Email Ids etc.
  2. Ensure letterheads, stationery available.
  3. Take care of housekeeping. Office should be clean and well maintained.
  4. Travel arrangements.
  5. Maintain filing systems.
  6. Ensure all computers, printers projectors across locations are tracked; individual responsibility identified.
  7. Co-ordinate with printer to ensure documents available in time and well stocked.

 

Secretarial Functions:

  1. Secretarial support to CEO. Emails, PPTs, Spreadsheets, telephone calls, follow ups for meetings.
  2. Preparing reports from time to time.

Experience & Qualifications.

Looking for a seasoned graduate with good typing and computer skills. Person should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience of minimum 4 years.

 


 

Assessment Co-ordinator

Purpose: To co-ordinate with multiple agencies to conduct the assessment of students on time.

Job Description:

Engage with Training partners and schedule assessment date.

Engage with the different Sector Skills Councils and finalise assessment dates.

Ensure that all the requirements of infrastructure , attendance, documentary proof, are available to ensure that the assessment proceeds smoothly

Follow up with the SSC’s for the results and certificates on time

Experience & Qualifications:

We are looking for a graduate with good communication skills both written and verbal . Proficiency in use of computers is mandatory.

 

Partner Co-ordinator

Purpose: To co-ordinate with partners on an ongoing basis throughout the mobilization, training, assessment, certification and payment process cycle.

Job Description:

Engage with Training partners to ensure student registration forms, Aadhaar nos, Bank mandates are received in time.

Ensure data and money is received in time and passed on to upload on the system.

Educate the partner on the process for opening bank accounts, becoming a banking correspondent.

Resolve any pending issues with partners on a timely basis.
