The rapid growth in this area is because of development in communication, infrastructure and remote management tools.  The huge cost advantage that companies can leverage by offshoring these services.

Objectives of the course:

Is to equip the participant to learn about basic services like IT service desk, desktop/device management, database services, application, server, network and storage.

BE/Btech/MCA, 2011/2012 graduates with >60% marks
