Laqsh participated in the Job Fair conducted by Karnataka Vocational Training & Skills Development Corporation (KVTSDC) on 4th February, 2012 at VET campus, J.P Nagar,Bangalore.
Companies like Sparsh, Aegis, Café Coffee Day, Converges, 24/7 Customer Service, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Isol, Tata docomo etc took part in the job fair.
Around 1000-1200 students from various colleges across the city were gathered here in the hope of finding a good job. Majority of the students were BE fresher’s looking for opportunities in the IT industry. There were other students also, who were looking for opportunities in BPO /KPO industry.
There was a lot of excitement in the air, where the students seemed to be in a sense of urgency in wanting to be the first to land a job. We were hiring on behalf of Sparsh, Voice and Data Solutions and First Source. Offer letters were given out in dozens and many students were shortlisted for various other jobs.
