HR Executive/Trainee

Responsibilities of HR Executive

  •  Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Help creating a database pool of multiple skills to make the recruitment process simpler.
  • Co-ordinate with respective resource heads, understand the requirement so that fast and timely service is provided without wastage of time.
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor personnel hiring and terminations and ensure accuracy of data input and systems access for associates.
  • Prepare and compile date for staffing and diversity related reports and distribute to senior HR managers/management.
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)

 Requirements of HR Executive

  •  Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word & Formulae
  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken Hindi
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • BBA/MBA-Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Experience- 0 to 1 year
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good organizational and time management skills

 

Accountant

 Responsibilities of Accountant

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Accounts planning.
  • Creating & managing budget in coordination with various departments.
  • Bill processing and preparation of cheques.
  • Prepare salary statement of employees.
  • Negotiating with departments, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Keeping in contact with the client.
  • Entering and maintaining bank payment, bank receipt.
  • Maintains contact with existing clients to obtain more business from them.
  • Coordination with External Auditors for audit purpose.
  • Follow upon invoices and verifications.
  • Managing petty cash.
  • Managing entire, internal Accounting policies
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

Requirements of Accountant

  • 2-3- yrs experience in handling accounts.
  • Graduate & Tally Knowledge.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi Language is a must.

  • Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients

Content Writer

Job Description

As a content developer you will curate content that is aligned to the lesson plan. Content may be videos or text or activities. You will engage with subject matter experts and the IT team to create digital resources for K-12 students. Specifically you will create engaging content in the area of Banking, Customer Service, and Financial Markets that helps develop an understanding for these subjects as well as a passion for learning

Job Requirement

You must have, a thorough understanding of these subjects up to a graduation level. You should have strong written as well as verbal English communication skills. An ability to work in a highly collaborative and non-hierarchical team ability to give as well as receive constructive feedback. Education qualifications: A graduation degree in Finance, Mass Communications. Work experience: Minimum three years’ experience
